However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed on a screen and the actual product, including differences in colour due to screen settings, lighting or photography.

Due to the nature of textile production and processing, slight variations in product measurements, fabric weight (GSM), colour and other characteristics may occur. Such reasonable variations are normal in textile manufacturing and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product prices displayed on the Website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and other charges, where relevant, will be displayed during the purchase process.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where permitted or required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment options made available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

IVNA is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a customer's bank, card issuer, payment service provider or other external payment system.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates provided on the Website are estimates and may be affected by factors outside IVNA's reasonable control, including logistics delays, weather, natural events, government restrictions, service interruptions or incorrect delivery information.

8. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us at support@ivna.in with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Any approved refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

9. Refunds, Exchanges and Damaged Products

IVNA does not offer standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or fit, colour preference, personal preference or other reasons unrelated to a verified product or fulfilment issue.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must contact IVNA within 5 days of delivery.

A clear video is mandatory for such a claim. The video should, wherever reasonably possible, show the package, shipping label, opening of the package, the complete product and the specific issue.

Claims are subject to review and verification. If IVNA confirms that the issue is attributable to IVNA, the manufacturer or the fulfilment process, an appropriate resolution may be provided, including a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to IVNA's name, logo, trademarks, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, website layout, product descriptions, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to IVNA or its respective rights holders.
